Cassville, GA – Congressional candidate and former State Senator Barry Loudermilk, today excelled in the first major debate between those who are vying to represent Georgia’s 11th District in Congress.
“It was very clear tonight that Barry Loudermilk is head and shoulders above the pack,” said Fred Kittle, a local School Board Member who attended the debate. “We need people in Congress who have a solid understanding of the principles that built our country, and Barry clearly does.”
“I’m sure the other candidates are well intended,” said debate attendee, Reid McAllister, “but Mr. Loudermilk’s passion for turning our country around just really comes across. He definitely has my support.”
“I believe this election is the most important election of our lifetime. This mid-term will determine whether Congress will have the will and the courage to stem the tide of runaway spending and out-of control government that has taken over Washington,” said Loudermilk. “I really appreciate the opportunity to address the voters and earn their support on May 20th.”
Tonight’s forum was held at the Cobb Galleria, and hosted by the 11th Congressional District Republican Party and the 11th District Young Republicans.
